By introducing fresh fibre before each meal – a piece of raw fruit or vegetable, you will automatically improve your digestion! Simply and easily. This is a seriously simple step that anyone can do and once it becomes a habit it will just automatically become a part of your life. It is easy to learn bad habits, not so easy to learn good ones. It just requires a conscious effort. We find that sharing an apple first thing in the morning works well, however you can choose any fruit or veg you fancy. For other meals you may like to eat your salad first. Enrol other people in what you are doing and it will help to remind you of this Ridiculously Simple Step To Transform Your Health (and Life).

Most diets and healthy eating programmes focus on taking things away from our diet, however we are suggesting adding something to it, as this changes the focus and as we take Ridiculously Simple Steps  along this road we become more conscious and mindful of what we are putting into our bodies and it definitely becomes easier to make wiser food choices. People will always continue to eat “suicidal” food but by increasing our good food choices our desire for food that is not so good for us, will decrease. The addition of Fresh Fibre First also has the added benefit of causing us to eat a less, which we in the western world definitely need to do as in the words of my mother we are”digging our graves with our own teeth”
