In our last blog post we discussed how having a healthy immune system helps to ward off flu and disease – this is our best defense!   There has been a lot of discussion among scientific researchers about the part vitamin D plays in supporting the immune system and I would  like to refer you to Dr James Chestnut’s blog where he talks about vitamin D and the effect of stress on the immune system.  He also discusses the part that posture and Chiropractic plays in helping to keep the immune system healthy. Dr James Chestnut coined the term Eat Well, Move Well and Think Well – the three lifestyle factors that influence our health (and of course our immune system).
