Posture Perfect Damon!

It appears I have introduced you to Damon’s Delicious Dhal without introducing you to the man himself!  Damon is Dr McMinn’s second son (age28) and you can see by the pics – fantastically fit.  Damon has had regular Chiropractic Care since the day he was born and has never been to a doctor!  Yesterday Richard accompanied him to Cross Fit Hove to watch him do his workout and was most impressed to discover the training is extremely comprehensive and covers the key areas of fitness.

This is what Miles has to say about his Cross Fit GymCrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational physical response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but rather it focuses on competency in each of the ten recognized fitness domains; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our athletes are trained to successfully perform multiple, diverse and randomized physical challenges.

It is important to have your spine checked by your chiropractor before undergoing any extreme or strenuous exercises.  Undetected problems could put your health at risk.  Spinal health and fitness can help to prevent debilitating episodes of back pain.

Eat less food. Eat healthier food. Exercise. Don’t smoke. Get adjusted by your chiropractor. These simple lifestyle choices all have a positive long-term impact on your health.
