FrancisWhat’s been happening in the Algarve?

Recently the World Chiropractic Congress was held in Vilamoura, Portugal.

This event brought over 800 specialists from all over the globe.

Medal winning Portuguese athlete, Francis Obikwelu – the European 100 and 200 metres champion and 100m silver medalist at the 2004 Games in Athens took part in the opening ceremony and he spoke about how Chiropractic had helped him to improve his performance, reduce his injuries and speed up his recovery time between races.

His chiropractor said they were interested in getting his mechanics as efficient as possible. It’s one thing to run pain-free, he said, but it’s entirely another thing to run more mechanically sound and efficient.

The twenty five year old has been receiving chiropractic care since the age of seventeen.

Every day Chiropractors throughout the globe work with patients to help them be the best they can be whether you are a mother, a policeman, a director or an athlete.

The story is the same – Chiropractic Care to help people reach their fullest possible potential.

If you know someone who is not reaching their fullest potential, introduce them to your Chiropractor. They will thank you for it.
