Are We Responsible For Our Health?

Sometimes people feel they have been dealt a “bad card” when their health fails.

When considering why we are not well, it is good to do it in light of the following:

  • Are we eating well?
  • Are we moving well?
  • Are we thinking well?

All three of the above profoundly affect our health.  Every new cell that our body produces is influenced by all three of the above.  It is our responsibility to ensure we are providing quality materials for our body to regenerate.

If we filled our car with the wrong fuel and drive it with misaligned wheels, it wouldn’t be long before something major began to happen and the same is true of our bodies.  When we fill it with the wrong fuel, subject it to a sedentary lifestyle and drive it day after day with spinal misalignments and then fill it with stressful and angry thoughts it isn’t long before it begins to break down too.

We should consider our body as the most precious possession we have, because it most certainly is!  We only get one and when it wears out where are we going to live?

Nice one. Bad eating habits are the cause of so many diseases.

If a person is not eating well and does not exercise it is only a matter of time before it affects other parts of their life. Once our metabolism begins slowing down a poor life style will impact us greatly.

Usually health issues are a result of a long term pattern of not eating well and exercising too little. Unfortunately, most families are simply over burdened. They are working too much and under too much stress.
